Self-pay appointments

Intern and associate sessions are self-pay. If cost is a concern, reach out so we can discuss current options and availability.

How do I choose a clinician?

Are longer couples sessions available?

Ask about availability and pricing for an extended session. We’ll confirm the length and fee before you book.

Can I request a reduced fee?

You’re welcome to ask about current reduced-fee options. Availability and eligibility are discussed individually; a reduced rate is not guaranteed.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Please review the cancellation policy in your intake agreement and contact the practice if you have questions about notice requirements or applicable fees.

Does an inquiry confirm my appointment?

No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Your appointment is confirmed after Heartwood reviews availability and provides confirmation.
